CANCELLATION & REFUND RULES
Full refund, less Bank Charges – if any, will be allowed if the cancellation intimation is received two weeks prior to the arrival date.
Half refund, less Bank Charges – if any, will be allowed if the cancellation intimation is received one week prior to the date of arrival.
No refund for cancellation less than one week prior to arrival, no show or failure of intimation of cancellation.
ARRIVAL & DEPATrURE RULES
CHECK - IN : 1200 hrs
Early check –in (0800 to 1200 hrs) – Will cost an extra half day of room tariff.
It is subject to availability. For confirmed early check –in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
For check – in before 0800 hrs – Will be treated as a full day charge starting previous date.
In case of early check- in, guest may have to wait before the earlier guest checks out and the room is cleaned. In the interim time, guest may wait in the lounge or drawing room.
CHECK – OUT : 1200 hrs
Late check- out (1200 to 2000 hrs) – Will cost extra half day of room tariff.
It is subject to availability.
For check – out after 2000 hrs – Will be treated as a full day culminating the next day.
