I am renting an excellent condo located in the heart of miraflores, nice street view, fully furnished, private and direct entrance to the living room via elevator,the apartment has a nice glass sliding door that opens up to the private balcony that offers beautiful sunlight that provides light and creates a cozy atmosphere, master bedroom with a private master bathroom,with a illuminated jacuzzi, 2 other regular bedrooms, plus a maid bedroom, it can be used as an office also, the apartment has some amenities such as a pool and a bbq on top of the roof deck of the building. The location of this apartment is in av. La paz between benavides ave. And 28 de julio ave. Very close to kennedy park (4 blocks) 2 blocks away from larco ave. Larcomar is only 8 minutes walking distance (6 blocks) very close to vivanda, ripley and saga. The apartment has 3 full bathrooms, a nice equipped kitchen, towels, pillows, blankets and linen are provided, private laundry inside of the apartment(with a washer more... and dryer in steel) 2 large flat lc d's tv, 1 is a 50" inches tv in the living room the other is a 32" inches tv inside of the master bedroom. The apartment has a land line telephone, cable 120 channels, high speed wireless internet, nice speakers and sub woofer system, a private deeded parking space with a remote access. It can be rented for days, weeks and months (there is a special price for long stays) $65.00 to $75.00 per day (minimum of 1 week) up to 3 people and $10.00 extra for each extra person, check out is at 12:00 noon, check in is at 3:00 pm. There is a refundable $300.00 fee security deposit and one time fee of $30.00 for cleaning service (please see pictures at the bottom link)

Miraflores is one of the nices cities in Lima its streets lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. It is the major tourist area of the city and is the main focus of Lima's action and nightlife. It has a small amphitheater and a gigantic sculpture of an Andean couple in eternal kiss, made by the famous Peruvian sculptor Víctor Delfín. In the last years a tradition has been made, many couples when concluding the religious ceremony of their marriage, immediately visit this park, dressed with their bride and groom clothes. This happens specially on Friday and Saturday between 6 and 9 p.m.

There are a number of tourist attractions in Miraflores, including the Huaca Pucallana a pre-Inca temple with a small site museum. There are a couple of good, private museum collections in Miraflores. The Enrico Poli Museum has one of the best private collections of archaeological artefacts in Lima, although it is rather expensive. The Museo Amano has a good collection of textiles, mainly from the Chancay culture.
Miraflores' only important mansion open to the public is the Casa de Ricardo Palma, at General Suarez where Palma, probably Peru's greatest historian, lived for most of his life. .Worth visiting also in Miraflores is the Parque del Amor, which features a prominent statue of two lovers in a passionate embrace.
The historic cathedral is well worth seeing The coffin or rather coffins of Francisco Pizarro, the Spanish conqueror of Peru may also be seen in the cathedral. His head is reported to be in a separate casket laid alongside.
