In light of the fast approaching 2010 Soccer World Cup, many people in the hospitality and tourism industry are in need of improving communication skills, both oral and written, so that South African service meets international standards. We offer courses specially designed to assist all hospitality staff in their interactions with tourists. The two main courses we offer are:

English communication:
3 - 5 days plus 3 months online mentoring
Groups of 10 to 20 delegates

This course promises to:

improve written and spoken English at all levels of competency;
promote international standards of service (telephone and email etiquette); and create a greater awareness of and tolerance for socio-cultural differences.

Introduction to French:
3 - 5 days plus 3 months online mentoring
Groups of 10 to 20 delegates

This course encompasses:

basic French conversation (to communicate with non-English more... speaking tourists);
the vocabulary of hospitality and tourism, and how to apply it; and
filling in registration and application forms.

Our public days will also accommodate individuals from smaller guest houses/hotels.

We are based in Pretoria but offer courses throughout the country.
