Travel Itinerary:
Day 1. Jakarta Old Town with Indonesia in Miniature Park - Drive to Bandung
We will pick you up from your hotel in Jakarta at 0900 and starting our tour to Jakarta Old Batavia where we will visit:
NATIONAL MUSEUM , GLODOK (China town), KOTA INTAN DRAWBRIDGE , SUNDA KELAPA HARBOR , FATAHILLAH MUSEUM .
Upon completion of the Old Batavia tour we will also visit BEAUTIFUL INDONESIA IN MINIATURE PARK which is a good starting point to get to know orientation about Indonesia.
Afterward we will drive via PUNCAK HIGHLAND to Bandung.
Check-in and overnight at Bandung.
Day 2. Bandung Volcano Tour - Angklung Mang Udjo Performance (incl. Breakfast)
Morning after breakfast we will drive uphill to north part of Bandung via LEMBANG where we will visit MT TANGKUBAN PERAHU. From there we will drive down back to Bandung to explore city landmarks such as: MERDEKA BUILDING (photo stop), a place of Asian-African Conference in more... 1955, GEOLOGICAL MUSEUM (photo stop) which kept ancient objects such as Java Man fossil, etc. SATE BUIDING (photo stop), a central of west Java Province Government, which build in 1920 by the J. Gerber Architect with the Italian Architecture style of Renaissance period, Spain and Siam.
In the afternoon we will enjoy the Angklung (traditional music made of bamboo) Performance at SAUNG ANGKLUNG MANG UDJO.
Day 3. Morning Train to Yogyakarta - Ramayana Ballet Performance (incl. Breakfast)
If time is permitted you may enjoy breakfast at hotel shortly before transfer service to the train station or else breakfast will be prepared in the picnic box by the hotel.
Once you're in train station, embark Lodaya Executive Train which will take you to Yogyakarta.
Along the way you also will enjoy the beautiful view of rice terrace and traditional villages both Sundanese people in the West part of Java and Javanese people while you entering Central Java province.
On your arrival in Yogyakarta Train Station, you will be greeted by our Yogyakarta representative and transferred to your hotel in Yogyakarta before joining Ramayana Ballet Performance in the evening.
Ramayana itself tell a story about an endless love.
Day 4. Borobudur Temple and Dieng Plateau Tour (incl. Breakfast)
After early breakfast at 0700 we depart to BOROBUDUR BUDDHIST TEMPLE one of the forgotten Wonders of the World which was built on 800AD. Next transfer to DIENG PLATEAU via Magelang - home of the National Army Academy - and Temanggung. Enjoy dramatic scenery as we drive through the tea and tobacco plantations of the Sindoro - Sumbing valley - some of the most spectacular countryside you will ever see. Visit Java’s oldest Hindu Temples, dating from 8th century (BIMA TEMPLE, GATOTKACA TEMPLE, PANDAWA TEMPLE & ARJUNA TEMPLE). See the active volcanic craters (SIKIDANG CRATER) and also take in the beauty of the TELAGA WARNA (coloured) and TELAGA PENGILON (mirror) lakes. Afterward return back to hotel in Yogyakarta for overnight. Day 5. Yogyakarta City Tour - Prambanan Temple (incl. Breakfast)
After breakfast at hotel, start Yogyakarta City Tour visiting :
SULTAN PALACE, TAMAN SARI (WATER CASTLE), NGASEM TRADITIONAL BIRD MARKET, SILVERSMITH & OBSERVING BATIK PROCESSING. Afterward we continue to visit PRAMBANAN HINDUS TEMPLE which was built on 850AD and also quick photo stop at CANDI SEWU. Free time to shop at local street vendors along JALAN MALIOBORO also could be made. Upon completion return back to hotel for overnight.
Day 6. Morning Train to Surabaya - Surabaya City Tour - Overnight in Mt Bromo (incl. Breakfast)
After early breakfast, we check-out and leave Yogyakarta by Sancaka Executive Train to Surabaya.
And once you reach Surabaya Gubeng Train Station, you will be guided to explore Surabaya the 2nd biggest city in Indonesia to visit: interesting ARABIAN QUARTER with its typical atmosphere like in Mecca or Morocco, SAMPOERNA CIGARETTE MUSEUM where you will observe how fast locals could wrap the cigarette hand made, CHENG-HO CHINESE MOSQUE and possibility to enter the real SUBMARINE AT SUBMARINE MUSEUM.
Upon completion of the tour we will drive out of town to Cemorolawang/Ngadisari village where we will stay overnight.
Day 7. Mt Bromo & Peak of Penanjakan Sunrise Tour - Long Drive to Ijen Crater area (incl. Breakfast)
Dawn in the morning at 0330 we will start the 4WD SUNRISE TOUR.
Part of the tour will be conducted by 4WD Jeep to climb up the PENANJAKAN VIEWPOINT where you will be amazed by its beautiful sunrise cracking up from the east, crossing the SEA-OF-SAND, the tour finish with climbing up to the peak of MT BROMO.
Upon completion at 0800 we will return back to your hotel for breakfast, repacking and leave for the long drive to Ijen Crater area (7-8hrs drive).
Once we reach Ijen, check-in at hotel and overnight.
Day 8. Soft Trekking at Ijen Crater - cross to Bali by Ferry - continue drop off at your hotel in Bali (incl. Breakfast)
In the morning after breakfast short transfer to PALTUDING RANGER POST for starting Ijen soft trekking - IJEN CRATER shows a special type of volcanic feature common to Indonesia, about 1 km in diameter and 175 meters deep. The floor is covered completely by a warm lake, milky blue green in color, held back by a dam built many years ago by the Dutch, in order to keep the hot mineral, laden water from raining for the crop lands below. After finishing the unforgettable trip, we return to hotel for re-packing and check-out.
Today you will also experienced crossing the Java-Bali strait by ferry, and once we reached Gilimanuk Harbour in Bali side, we continue drive another 1 hr (if you stay in North Bali) or further 4hrs (if you stay in Southern Bali)
