Description:
D1. Arrival in Surabaya - White Water Rafting - Cemorolawang Village (LD)
Upon arrival at Surabaya Airport by Morning Flight meet & greet by our guide, proceed to Pekalen River (Grade II - III+) where you will having an opportunity to test your rafting skills with bonus like crossing 7 Watefalls, 5-20 meters average river's width with 1-3 meters depth, 12 kilometers distance, 3.5 hours adventure time & with more than 50 rapids (Insurance, Welcome Drink, Raft Guide & Rescue Team, Safety Equipment, Snack, Beverages & Lunch are included).
En route we also will passing the mud volcano in Porong.
After finishing your rafting session, we will continue our trip to Cemorolawang village for check-in and free time. Dinner will be provided around 19.30 at your hotel.
D2. Mt Bromo Sunrise & Penanjakan Peak Tour - Ijen Area (BLD)
Very early morning, start Mt. Bromo tour. The tour is conducted through a transfer to Cemara Lawang village, and descending the more... steep slope of Mt. Tengger, crossing the sea-of-sand, and climbing up 245 steps to reach the awesome rim crater where like other tourists wait for the sunrise cracking up the day through its rays from the eastern range of Mt. Tengger. From here a marvelous views of Mt. Bromo and its surrounding can be seen (subject to the weather). After enjoying the sunrise back to the hotel to have breakfast. Next we stop by to visit Madakaripura Waterfall (if weather is permitted), a 150m high of waterfall which believed as a meditation place of The Supreme Gajahmada (High Minister of Majapahit Emperor on 13 Century AC) before continue our trip to Ijen Area. Lunch at local restaurant & Dinner at guest house. Overnight at Catimore Guest House or similar.
D3. Ijen Crater Trekking - Kalibaru (BLD)
Early in the morning around 06h00, start Ijen (2,400 m) Excursion. We drive to Pal Tuding, the last monitoring station, from which you supposed to take a-3 km trek to the crater. Breakfast will be arranged from the hotel (picnic style). This volcano offers a savannah landscape, ruggedly beautiful panoramas, grand hiking, and a placid, brightly yellow crater-lake. The summit of Mt. Ijen is a gorgeous crater filled with haunting turquoise-blue lake with its surface streaked in the wind blow patterns of yellow sulfur vapor. By the crater lake edge, there is an evil-smelling sulfur where local people digging and carrying 70-80 kgs on their bare shoulders for 2 miles ascending and descending steep Mt. Ijen wall.
Upon completion, transfer to the Kalibaru passing a dense tropical rain forest. Lunch is included. Arriving at Kalibaru, join mini plantation tour featuring coffee and cacao and tropical spices. Stay overnight at a home stay.
D4. Kalibaru - Sukamade Turtle Beach (BLD)
After simple breakfast at the home stay, transfer to Sukamade with lunch en-route. Along the way, you may see endless plantation of coffee, cacao, and traditional rubber tapping. You may even travel through dense Meru Betiri National Forest where the last Javanese tigers are still believed to roam the area. Stay overnight at simple Sukamade Guesthouse. After simple dinner at the guesthouse, proceed to the Sukamade beach for the turtle excursion (sightings are not guaranteed). See the turtles slowly walk up ashore to lay their eggs. Then back to the guesthouse for overnight.
D5. Sukamade - Out to Surabaya or Ketapang Ferry Terminal (BL)
After simple breakfast at the guesthouse, take a guided inspection to the factory next to the guesthouse to have a closer look at spices, coffee, cacao and rubber processing. Next, transfer out to Ketapang Ferry Terminal (ferry to Bali) or back to Surabaya.
Lunch is included at local restaurant.
