Ujung Kulon National Park is located a few hours off the beaten path, but is well worth the trip. It has been dedicated by UNESCO as a world heritage site, and is a sanctuary for many species of wildlife including the nearly extinct Indonesian Rhinoceros, the Banten (a wild bovine species), wild pig, barking deer, and numerous primate species, as well as a huge range of species of birds.

Ujung Kulong also offers some of the finest diving and snorkeling in Java. Pristine and colorful reefs on the coast and nearby islands meet with fine, white sand and some of the clearest waters you?ll ever see.

It is also the home to an indigenous remnant known as the Badui. You can witness and participate in their unique culture.

There are two arrival options available for tours of Ujung Kulong. Overland access is available quite economically. Alternatively, faster but more expensive access is provided by speedboats to the surrounding islands within Ujung more... Kulong National Park.
