Description:
Educational Support Tibet is a non-profit organisation, that offers Tibetan refugees opportunities for a professional education.
We are seeking volunteer teachers for English for Educational Support Tibet in Dharamsala, Northern India. This is the Center of Tibetan exile government and the residence of the Dalai Lama.
Educational Support Tibet (www.estibet.ch), is currently seeking volunteers to teach Tibetan adults from 18 to 25 years in small groups for the preparation of KET (Key English Test), PET (Preliminary English Test), FCE (First Certificate in English) and CAE (Certificate in Advanced English).

Conditions:
- English is either your mother tongue or you are fluent in spoken and written English.
- Readiness to contribute
- Period, 3 months or better longer (Under certain circumstances we agree to volunteers who can work for one month only)
- Readiness to live in a simple condition
- At least 25 years old

ES-Tibet promotes the independency of Tibetans with professional and personal training and thus makes an important contribution to the preservation and development of the traditional Tibetan culture.
